The early bird gets the worm!!

The saying goes that the early bird gets the worm.  Well, pay your rent before the 1st of the month and you’ll be entered into a drawing for a chance to win $50.00 off your future rental payment.  Don’t worry, the worm is optional.

Movie Reservations

The Lofts Screening Room is available from 11AM-10PM ~ 7 days a week

  • Reservations are scheduled no more than 1 week in advance of reservation and can be booked for up to 3 hours.
  • You may bring one of your own DVDs or watch one of ours.  We have three per week to choose from.  DVD copies will not play in our system so be sure that if you bring your own movie that it is an original DVD, and not a copy. We also feature Bright House Cable for your TV viewing pleasure. Call the office if you wish to arrange any pay-per-view events.Please arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time.  Any resident who arrives 30 minutes late for a theater reservation will forfeit their reservation to the next stand-by resident in queue.

Express Breakfast on the Go!!

No time to fix breakfast? Visit the Residents Lounge, Monday-Friday, for a quick bite to eat. A selection of cereal, pasteries, breakfast bars, juices, coffees, and teas, are available from 6:30 AM-9:00 AM.
