No time to fix breakfast? Visit the Residents Lounge, Monday-Friday, for a quick bite to eat. A selection of cereal, pasteries, breakfast bars, juices, coffees, and teas, are available from 6:30 AM-8:30 AM.

As a resident of the Lofts you have access to our beautiful Residents Lounge.

 We want our residents to be able to enjoy the lounge, & although we do not rent out and close the lounge for parties, we do accept lounge reservations for up to 30 people at no charge!

You are allowed 1 lounge reservation per unit per month. Lounge Reservations can only be scheduled 1 month in advance, no exceptions, and are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. During your reservation the lounge will still be open to residents, who per the lease agreement are allowed to have 2 guests accompany each lease holder, but we will not schedule more than 1 lounge reservation at a time.

In order to schedule a lounge reservation, please call the office at 407-998-1000 during regular business hours, or via www.loftsatuptown.com. All lounge reservations are tenatively scheduled until manager gives final approval & lounge agreement is signed. Thank you!

No one likes the creepy-crawly critters that scurry around when the lights go out. Unfortunately, these little guys have a habit of finding their way into our homes. Thankfully, we offer complimentary pest control by request. Just give us a call in the office at 407-998-1000,and we’ll make sure to send the exterminator out when he is here on Wednesdays. Thank you!
